The intent of this information is to create a strong interest in Chemtrails and HAARP so that people will want to sit with their government representatives and encourage them to stop both.
First, a little about myself. After completing a year at technical school, I went into marine engineering. I joined Caterpillar to complete a four-year apprenticeship, and a further 2 years to complete my master journeyman status. As time progressed, I went into sales and management becoming the world's largest in the products we sold. During this time I became very interested in flying, earning my private and commercial licenses. During my flying, now over 44 years, I have flown many aircraft and have owned two. I love machinery whether it be a bulldozer, boat, plane, sawmill mach., pulp mill mach., building mach., paving mach., trucks, autos, buses, etc. If it is heavy and moves, I love it! This should give a person a good idea why I should have no trouble understanding how Chemtrails and HAARP function.



My interest in Chemtrails and HAARP started in 2002 by accident.
My familiarity with jet aircraft brings me to the accident. I was headed back to my office when I noticed a jet had overtaken me. The location of a high jet was a bit strange and it looked as if it was losing a lot of fuel.  I immediately called the Department of Transport (DOT) to report what I thought was a severe fuel leak. The fellow I was put in touch with must have had about 79 questions pre-printed that I had to answer before he was going to contact the jet. I interrupted him to say, “Would you please make a call to the jet?”  The fellow paid me no heed going on with his questioning. I finally hung up on him after asking him a second time to call the jet. I was a bit stunned. Here I was trying to save a crew and jet while the DOT had no interest in making contact with the plane, or anyone for that matter! Their lack of interest was perhaps the strangest minutes of my life. In retrospect, I have to wonder if they knew the plane was laying Chemtrails . . . I do not think there is much doubt.
The view from where I live looks at the Alaska/San Francisco Flyway.  The events of that afternoon left that trail embedded in my mind; I found it hard to not look up.  I started seeing the dozens of the same white lines during each day. A long-time aviation family I knew introduced me to the word Chemtrails. Now I actually had something to look up and discuss with others, although most were not familiar with the term.
If you try to discuss Chemtrails with others, you may well find yourself very frustrated. Many do not want to be involved, which is a central problem of having Chemtrails stopped. I’m ever so pleased to say that many are finally beginning to ask what the white lines in the sky really are. As more people get involved in understanding the chemical make-up, we will eventually have them stopped.
Initially, in the late 1990s or perhaps earlier, the Aluminium Oxide portion of Chemtrails was being used to reflect sunlight and help cool our Earth in a project which has come to be known as geo-engineering.  Investigators then became curious and began conducting lab tests on air samples.
The following list of ingredients was born:
Aluminum Oxide
Barium Oxide (see recent study here)
Bacteria such as Anthrax and Pneumonia Nine chemicals, including Acetylcholine Chloride
Twenty six heavy metals including Arsenic, Gold, Lead, Mercury, Silver, Uranium and Zinc
Four molds and fungi
Seven viruses
Two cancers
Two vaccines
Two sedatives
E.coli Salmonella
Thorium
I know there are a lot of other banned ingredients reported as well.
I think, in all honesty, people must ask what most of these ingredients have to do with sun reflection? I personally feel these ingredients are on their way to making our Earth and oceans sterile.  Eating vegetables polluted by the above list very well could be shortening the lives of millions.  We know that some of the elite in the world want the population drastically reduced . . . is this all part of their efforts?
I’m sure most of you have heard we should not cook using Aluminium pots and pans. Aluminium is deadly to all living creatures and yet we allow ourselves to receive an Aluminium bath most days. Chemtrails are now dropped on us daily, worldwide!  I cannot go into all the details of Chemtrails in this short piece, but hopefully I will pique your interest to pursue Chemtrails via the links I have included below. I believe that after investigation and research most people will understand that the above ingredients have no place in what we breathe and eat.
If we accept that the spraying taking place is simply good-natured geo-engineering to save our planet from overheating, Aluminium would be the only one involved with reflection . . . so why the rest?  Following that train of thought, I began to wonder if and how the military might fit in all this?
I've come to believe that Chemtrails are extremely important to the operation of HAARP and other programs. The military is 35 to 45 years ahead of what is revealed to the population. Chemtrails are likely used to track armies, move viruses around . . . nanotechnology may use Chemtrails, etc. These topics are gone into more detail with a little digging in the links below.

How does HAARP play into all this?
The HAARP array is based just north of Fairbanks, Alaska. For me to go into HAARP would fill volumes, same as the mountain of evidence for the use of Chemtrails.  However, the more you read, see, and hear the facts, you will then be more able to decide for yourself what is right. From my research, I believe that HAARP uses the Aluminium in Chemtrails as an electrical wire.  If so, this may be why HAARP can travel the world.
Once trails are laid, the Aluminium could be up there for up to two years.  Keep laying the trails, and you keep advancing. We now know that HAARP can cause specific earthquakes and we suspect other ailments to Earth. I say “specific” because HAARP scientists have admitted that energy direction is possible.  This energy can be guided to where the operators want a quake. The US Navy that runs HAARP have stated that, they will own the weather by 2025. It would appear they are well on their way to accomplishing that goal! I wonder, with all the weird weather we are having, are the HAARP people running practice runs? I believe you will find that Chemtrails are more important to the military than merely sun reflection.

Then there are new diseases like Morgellons. 
Again, I will not go into great detail as I want you to get involved to read up on it. It is a huge subject, and a disease that should not have been inflicted on Mankind. The evidence for this horror is mounting, as the links below will demonstrate.  It is suspected to be in Chemtrails, and if seen on a person it appears as if worms have invaded just under the skin causing unbearable itching and burning. It is suspected that these worms are in the control of something outside the person, and are perhaps even nano-based.  So what are we to believe?  That this is another project the military has developed in their 35- to 45-year head start? It is very hard to understand someone developing such a weapon . . . if it is a weapon. But, if it is, it would not be the first time that the military produced a bioweapon.  Please read up on Morgellons, as the more informed we are, the easier it will be to eradicate it.  Cliff Carnicom's site, as well as Vaccine Liberation Army would be the key places to learn more about Morgellons.
One aspect of Chemtrails that is never discussed are the costs. We know that heavies (747, 767, L1011s DC10s) burn an average of one gallon of fuel per second, which includes climb, cruise and let down. Think of that for a moment . . . one barrel of fuel per minute. Your car may burn ¼ of a litre in a minute. A new 747 is a $300,000,000.00 expenditure! They must be maintained, which means a very large hangar. Many mechanics are involved especially if doing a “D” check. Each plane needs a crew, actually several crews.  There are landing fees. Also included are insurance fees, liability costs, away expenses, pension costs and depreciation costs. Chemtrail dumping is a hideously expensive operation. If you add up the environmental costs, a lot of countries would be bankrupt. Dr. Edward Teller cautioned the US about dumping in his remark that Chemtrails will actually increase the CO2 levels by 50%! You have the direct costs of fuel/equipment, plus the health and future environmental costs.
Let’s do a little breakdown just using the fuel costs. 
Let’s use $4 a gallon and a one gallon burn per second. That equates to be 60 gallons per minute or 3,600 gallons per hour. If a 747 is up for five hours, it has consumed 18,000 gallons at a cost of $72,000.00. To cover the world for a day, let’s assume 50 planes are used. On a per hour basis that is 180,000 gallons of fuel….if dumping all day and night as many have witnessed, 432,000 gallons.
In one month we have 129,600,000 gallons of fuel. If we use the $4 figure, the monthly bill is then $518,400,000.00. Half a billion dollars per month! It is not hard to see with these numbers why CO2 levels will increase.  In fact, it is easy to see the whole world wrapped in a cocoon of Chemtrail chemicals, jet exhaust pollution, CO2, etc., all leading to possible global warming. And also generating a hostile environment for anything to grow in a healthy way. We are spending billions down here on Earth to make our cars and trucks much cleaner, while allowing incredible crap to rain down on us, our Earth and oceans. This is why I say that we are producing sterile Earth and water.
Who pays for all this?
Taxpayers for sure, but which ones? Has Congress approved payments?  I doubt it, or we would have heard about Chemtrails sooner.  I suspect the US is paying for most of the dumping including the tons of chemicals. Have other nations agreed to shoulder some of the cost? I would say yes from my own experience where my MP and many others refuse to discuss anything remotely involving Chemtrails. I believe Chemtrails are but one item set up to cause a lot of mayhem and chaos for years to come.
We have to wonder who is in on the Chemtrail cover-up.  There are people in the know I’m sure, but say nothing. My Federal representative (MP) who I have sat with says nothing . . . absolutely nothing! For three years I have been asking her in front of dozens of her constituents to give us details of Chemtrails. I’ve e-mailed her colleagues . . . nothing! We must all keep asking these people until we have a group that will represent the people with an effort to stop the dumping.

Monsanto has developed GMO seeds. 
Could one of the reasons that the seeds will grow in much more hostile soil? We know that one strain of GMO seed is aluminum resistant.  With dumping going on for years and likely to continue, our soil becomes the crap filter. The soil holds the crap and we wonder why we cannot grow quality plants anymore. The poisoning of our soil has been going on for a very long time, it is up to us to get a group of representatives from government that understand this and will fight to have the destruction stopped.
I’ve been looking in on Chemtrails now for 9 years; many more are getting involved, and many more are starting to see a correlation between Chemtrails and population control using viruses in the chemical mix. Again, if Chemtrails were only for sun reflection, then lab reports would only show Aluminium . . . why do we see all the other elements in the mix? My MP won’t say a thing, won’t do a thing; it is up to all of us to find the MPs and members of Congress that will side with us to make a change.
Who does the actual physical work of dumping Chemtrails?
We are sure a large tonnage is dumped by the military. We also have reason to believe some commercial flights are used for dumping. We do not know if commercial jets perform dumping operations while carrying passengers. If dumping is included on passenger flights, has the FAA and DOT given their approvals? We also know private contractors are used for dumping operations. Whatever the total number of planes may be, the estimate for Aluminium tonnage dropped ranges up to many millions which eventually settles into our Earth.

On the morning of Sept 29, 2011, standing in one spot, I counted 11 Chemtrails at 10:00 AM. With the coverage being so dense here, I wonder how many were in the skies of the entire world? One thing is for sure, Chemtrails are a very large operation and very expensive. Do we have any experience as to how this will all play out?  No, and I doubt that such an operation has been done on such a scale in history. The one thing that is easy to see and predict, are the costs.  Why is someone not screaming about these costs?
I’m purposefully not going into any one aspect of Chemtrails or HAARP deeply. I’m trying to stay simple and easy to understand. It is best that you hear much of this from many people so as to form what you feel is the truth. The individuals that I have chosen in the links below form an excellent basis for discovering the truth as they have documented it. Some of these names are: Jeff Rense, Clifford Carnicom, Michael Murphy’s group, G. Edward Griffin, etc. There are many other names out there that have done extraordinary work.  If you go through these sites and beyond, you will have a good understanding of what is going on. My goal is to have more face-to-face discussions with politicians, just as I hope you do. If this would be your goal in combating Chemtrails, but you are a little nervous, then join a Toastmasters Club as quickly as possible. Being an active member of a Toastmasters Club will set you up for any of life’s curve balls!!
Earlier on, I had mentioned my counting 11 Chemtrails at 10:00 AM in the morning. Lately, we hear more and more of the world suffering from a lack of Vitamin “D”. I can explain some of the loss. The following has happened dozens of times witnessed by my own eyes and the eyes of others. At 10:00 AM we had at least 11 Chemtrails overhead. By 4:00 PM this afternoon we had a 90% cloud deck overhead. Past viewings tell me we will have rain by midnight tonight. We would have lost seven (7) hours of sun today alone.
I wonder if farmers have noticed the loss of sunlight?
Through Chemtrails, we lose Vitamin “D” enhancing sunlight; sunlight that our bodies must have for proper health and mood! In the Summer of 2010, I happened to be looking out of my balcony toward the setting sun. Many Chemtrails had already been laid, with one plane passing in front of the Sun.  Twenty minutes later, the Sun disappeared completely, not to return that day. After the 20 minutes, there was not a shred of evidence that our sun existed: it is lost that quick!
With Chemtrails being a worldwide operation, our loss of sunlight would be measured in the millions of hours. A lot of the time we now live with filtered Sunlight, as one radio station call it.  I asked the radio station to explain what they meant by “filtered Sunlight”. Their answer was that high overcast cloud was filtering the sun’s rays. That may well be what they were told to say, but the true answer is that the filtering was being done by a chemical filter, not a true cloud filter.

Someone high up has done a masterful job of convincing thousands of people to keep quiet about Chemtrails, HAARP, and many other subjects.  Having investigated Chemtrails for 9 years and HAARP for 3-4 years, I do not see anything positive about them. I only see negatives such as costs, severe negative health issues, no foresight into the outcome, and the possibility that we are slowly being killed, all part of a plan.
I won’t, at this time, say anymore on this, as you should form your own opinions. The more we learn and communicate, the better the chances of putting a stop to this insanity. If we do not put a stop to this, the New World Order may well get the start they need which, in my view, means Worldwide Mayhem and Chaos for dozens of years to come.

This strange sound phenomenon is being reported more and more frequently from diverse places on the globe, and sometimes just preceding earthquakes. And not just by a few individuals, but by stadiums of people and even whole cities.
The day before the big Northeast quake in the US the weird sound was heard during a baseball game and caught on TV. (see below). It's also been reported in Russia, Canada, also preceding an earthquake, and other locations.

What Is It?

Let's do a little dot connecting. And by the way, if you're one of those waiting for some government scientist or official to come out with the real story on this and the whole gammut of weird stuff going on you're living in a dream world.
It ain't gonna happen.
What we can do is look at the events themselves, compile what information we can, and put some ideas out there for discussion. I don't pretend to fully understand anything, but I'm very eager to point out what appear to be "anomalies" and patterns happening in our world that seem to have serious significance.
And as many have found out, when you're sincere and open and are passionate about your research and finding real truth, it usually paints a pretty clear picture!
(BTW, this is a bit of a video fest which I rarely do, but they're all very short except the first one, but it's a compilation and sets the stage quite well IMO.)

The HAARP Discussion

As a little aside to start, I'm a little concerned at what's becoming a knee-jerk reaction by the so-called alternative community at the mention of HAARP anymore--that it's overkill and bordering paranoid to always bring it up. Obviously not everything is attributable to HAARP technology, but can you blame anyone for not first looking at how some event was possibly caused or exacerbated by these evil elite PTBs or whomever?
That's completely healthy and understandable. I say let people react as they will and if you must, answer with facts and with respect. When we start broad-brushing or judging and excluding each other based on one point, article or post it's not a good sign.
Are we becoming our own truth Gestapo?  Beware of anyone trying to stir things up and turn us on each other.
That's a sure way to eat ourselves, as the old symbol goes...

Call it HAARP or whatever...

Back to business: We don't even KNOW all the stuff these megalomaniacs have.
But I'm more inclined to believe this strange sound phenomenon is artificially induced by the world's mad scientists at these HAARP type facilities or some such vibrational tool, and that it's these insane boys playing with their toys and seeing what they can produce. And it's definitely not healthy.
But who knows what dastardly advances they've made that we have absolutely no knowledge of?
The monstrous CERN particle accelerator in Switzerland is enough to freak anyone out with its capability to literally implode the planet or open a portal to another dimension allowing who knows what to enter ours. These facts have been stated openly by their head researchers!...yet no one gets the significance and goes back to watching the ball game. Surreal.

The Woodpecker Phenomenon

We know as far back as the 70's Russian electromagnetic pulse technology was causing a woodpecker type effect that was broadcast to the United States.
And they were even then concerned about the effect on the human brain. Imagine now, folks.

You can only imagine what this now super advanced ionospheric heating device and other technologies are capable of doing.

We do know it is very strange, and thanks to youtube it's very well documented.

Here's one compilation of a few events:

(Below) In the US this event recently took place...of course explained away as PA system feedback. As you'll see it's the same sound you just heard above...where there was no stadium, and no PA system...AND on the eve of the Northeast Earthquake!

Another example, this time a little different high-pitched sound following a heavy chemtrail day with chemtrail rainbow--and 11 hours later the area was also hit with a 5.0 earthquake!

You can find more examples of this on the internet. It's definitely something to keep an eye on.

Conclusion

The fact is, at this point we don't seem to know what's causing this phenomenon for sure. That it's in keeping with the potential of HAARP or EISCAT and similar Orwellian technologies is a fact. This we know just from the amount of disclosed information on the potential of these facilities admitted in the public domain and available via amassed amounts of patent documents.
That it can be the earth going through deep tectonic shifts as the magma moves according to the changes in our magnetosphere, or from the gravitational effects of changes in our solar system and beyond?
Very possible.

That mad scientists directed by the PTBs would screw with the magnetosphere and ionosphere to control the weather and planetary changes, either experimentally or with specific intent?
Also very possible.
Put 'em together in various mixes and that could be what we're experiencing. Some natural changes due to cosmic alignments, the solar cycle, changes in the earth's magnetic pole and geothermal make up...and
Whack-job power freaks utilizing their fabricated forces in an attempt to co-opt nature for their own intentions.

Worse Yet - Mind Control?

Are these audible ranges we're picking up at times symptoms of mind-altering frequencies as referred to in the first video above? This is the most nefarious of the PTBs' arsenal of societal manipulation and incarceration: Mind Control.
This too has been documented as a definite potential use by electromagnetic broadcasting devices, HAARP and otherwise. The network of GWEN towers and cell masts is vast, and is believed to be now in use for just such purposes, as well as weather alteration and who knows what else.
But as the scientist said in the first video from the 70's mind you, he believed they were using the frequency to "pacify".
Now combine the electronic pulses with the fluoridated water, altered food and chemtrailed air. Think that might explain the absolute blindness of most of the world's population and why everyone just rolls over as they're being raped economically, politically, socially and literally? How DID they get away with something as blatant as 9/11? Making sense?
Lotta dots line up on that one. And if they don't for you, you need to dig deeper, cuz you're missing some serious pieces of the puzzle.
Whichever, we are definitely dealing with a rapidly changing earth environment, and seriously perverted entities in high places that are not helping, but seriously damaging ourselves, our environment and our home.

What we think we know today can be radically altered by what we discover tomorrow. More than ever we need to stay open and alert. We're each literally feeling our way through this maze and slowly finding out what is real and what is false.

My first thought upon hearing the news of the rare 5.9 magnitude earthquake in Virginia this week was that it was not a natural occurrence. After all, no one has ever felt or even heard of such a powerful temblor happening in this area in a lifetime. As is usual for my cynical instincts, I hoped that I was wrong. However, several anomalies indicate that something is not normal with the Virginia quake.

First, I spend a lot of time in the "Ring of Fire" zone and have experienced numerous earthquakes.  By no means does this make me an expert, nor scientifically qualified to analyze earthquakes.  But, as enthusiasts, we looked up every quake we felt over a five-year period -- the size, epicenter location, depth, and so on, to get a general sense of placing how it "felt" relative to the official data.

I can categorically state that, of the dozen or so earthquakes that I've experienced, including a powerful 6.2, all of them started gently, none of them were over 50 miles away, all of them had depths of several kilometers, and the big ones seemed to have multiple aftershocks reported. Again, I say this as an observer, not as a scientist, and I'm only providing this background simply to qualify my immediate skepticism.

Furthermore, curiously, the "Great Virginia Quake of 2011," unprecedented in size and scope, should have grabbed the media headlines and discussion for weeks, but Hurricane Irene has all but wiped the earthquake off the weather map.  Even as all the storm measurements for Irene show that it will likely be a minor nuisance, maybe some flooding and power outages, multiple states of emergency have been declared, mandatory mass evacuations ordered, and the media is all too eager to spread the panic.  You'd think the east coast of the United States was being invaded.  It feels like a distraction, or perhaps a large but manageable live drill of some kind to make heroes out of our politicians, and FEMA look like a successful agency.

If this manic and surreal coverage of Irene is a deliberate distraction, the anomalies regarding the recent earthquake may have provided sufficient motivation for doing so.  Not to discount other establishment catastrophes that they may want to distract from at this critical time -- like the crumbling economy, record political disapproval, and the bungled invasion of Tripoli -- but, if any discussion about the unusual nature of the earthquake was allowed one must ponder if some sort of manipulation was involved.  The establishment will not permit such talk, apparently; hence the rapid about-face on earthquake coverage.

Below are six abnormalities about the Virginia earthquake that should warrant further investigation:

Location: The location is the most obvious anomaly for such a powerful quake. Although the area of the U.S. where the earthquake initiated sits on the edge of an ancient tectonic plate called the Craton Plate, it is considered a relatively dormant or settled area.  In other words, it's not a very active earthquake zone.  Therefore, any noticeable earthquake is unusual, let alone a 5.9 monster that was reportedly felt 500 miles away. Furthermore, if one is inclined to believe that earthquakes can be manipulated, the epicenter occurring close to Washington D.C. (with all its sensitive military and government infrastructure) raises some suspicions. Admittedly, that's conjecture, but considering the following oddities it might be more believable by the end of the article.

Unusually Shallow Depth:  The initial hypocenter (depth) of the quake reported by the establishment media was, wait for it, wait for it, only 0.1 miles or about 528 feet (161 meters) deep. That's right, AFP announced the depth with certainty, "The Pentagon, the US Capitol and monuments in the nation's capital were all evacuated after the 5.9-magnitude quake, which was shallow with its epicenter only 0.1 miles underground."  The depth was later adjusted to a more believable 3.7 miles (5.95 kilometers) beneath the surface. Still, shallow-focus quakes usually only occur in areas abundant in seismic activity, like the ring of fire. And the depths of those shallow-focus earthquakes are usually in the tens of kilometers deep.  The Earth's crust in the Eastern U.S. where "the fault lines are more healed" is described by CBS News as "older and colder" than out West. Which, according to Wikipedia, means it should have been a deep-focus earthquake with a depth ranging from 300 to 700 kilometers.  Certainly not one barely below the Earth's surface.

Odd Seismograph Reading:  A reporter from Press Core received an anonymous email from someone claiming to be in the U.S. Air Force that stated the Virginia earthquake “wasn’t a natural earthquake and not a HAARP earthquake."  The reporter was instructed to find a seismograph of the Washington DC area earthquake and compare it to a past earthquakes and seismic readings of the alleged underground nuclear test by North Korea that resulted in a 4.7 magnitude tremor at a depth of zero.

Press Core writes, the green lines indicate the blunt tremor that was felt in Washington D.C. and the black lines are a transparent overlay of a seismograph from a pdf file from Virginia Division Mineral Resources on Earthquakes. That file describes a typical natural occurring earthquake as:

When a fault ruptures, energy is released in the form of seismic waves. The first waves to reach the earth’s surface are primary or 'P' waves (Figure 2). P waves are compressional waves that travel at a speed of about four miles per second near the surface – faster as depth increases. The next waves to reach the earth’s surface are secondary or 'S' waves. S waves are shear waves that move at a speed of about 1.5 miles per second. P and S waves are body waves that travel through the earth much like sonar waves travel through water. Surface waves, which are slower than S waves, travel along the surface of the earth much like waves at the surface of the ocean. S waves and surface waves cause the most destruction at the earth’s surface.

The article concludes; "What is missing from the seismograph for the Washington DC area 5.8 magnitude earthquake are the primary or 'P' waves. All earthquakes that are the direct result of fault rupture have these primary or 'P' waves. Nuclear detonations do not."

Distance Felt: As my introduction stated, I've never "felt" an earthquake whose epicenter was farther than 50 miles away.  Of course, this doesn't mean that it's not possible, as clearly this was felt upwards of 500 miles from the epicenter.  The CBS article quoted above that referred to the crust as "older and colder" also uses that argument to explain why tremors were felt so far away: "The East is far less seismically active -- but when earthquakes do hit, that hard ground is far more effective at conducting the seismic waves. When you hit it, it rings like a bell," said Christopher Scholz a professor of geophysics at Columbia University's Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory at Columbia University."  This seems a bit contradictory given the shallow depth of the quake, but there may be some validity to the "bell" theory.  The fact remains, earthquakes whose effects travel long distances are uncommon, hence the reason for the CBS article about why the quake was so "widely felt."

'Remarkably Low' Number of Aftershocks:  Amy Vaughan, a geophysicist with the USGS Earthquake Information Center in Colorado told CBS News that "For the size earthquake that occurred, I think the number of aftershocks so far has been remarkably low." Don Blakeman, another geophysicist at the Earthquake Information Center, added "Typically, the larger the quake, the longer and the greater extent of aftershocks. Shallow earthquakes like the one in Virginia also tend to generate numerous aftershocks."  The lack of aftershocks led the USGS to report that the Virginia quake may be just a foreshock of something larger to come. A foreshock is an earthquake that occurs before a larger seismic event (the mainshock) and is related to it in both time and space.  I'm not sure what this means other than it's just another abnormality about this quake.

Instantaneously Knocked Irene Off Course: Kevin Hayden and Glenn Kreisberg reported"Coincidentally, the time frame leading up to Virginia/DC/New York area experiencing freak seismic activity, Hurricane Irene begins to weaken and move off course, avoiding its initial path of Havanna, inland Florida, the Carolinas, and eventually, the Washington, DC area. The newly projected paths show that it may barely clip the eastern coast, if at all. Just as Ophelia did when it threatened the same region."  Irene stalled and changed directions similar to Ophelia seen in the graphic provided.  Clearly, these types of drastic changes are not a natural path for hurricanes.

A few articles have speculated that HAARP earthquake weapons were to blame, in conjunction with manipulating hurricane Irene. Indeed, when one knows even the basic capabilities of HAARP, this does not seem too far-fetched.  Press Core seems to think the seismic data proves it was more similar to an underground nuclear detonation.  One thing is for sure, the mysterious characteristics of the Virginia quake seem to indicate that it was not a typical earthquake.

In 1997, US Secretary of Defense William Cohen made the following statement at a well-attended conference on weapons of mass destruction, “Others (terrorists) are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves….So, there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our own (counterterrorism) efforts.”

If you think about it, that’s actually a pretty ominous statement coming from a sitting Secretary of Defense!

And consider that if our government believed terrorists were engaging in these pursuits back in 1997, you can sure as well assume our government, for better or worse, is currently well along in pursuing these abilities as well.

Now, there is a gentleman named Richard C. Hoagland who knows something more about all of this. Hoagland is a scientific researcher with some clout. He was technical science adviser to Walter Cronkite during the Apollo missions, worked with Carl Sagan developing the message discs placed aboard Pioneer spacecraft and has had a close working relationship with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory for many years. Hoagland’s own independent research group is called The Enterprise Mission.

Hoagland claims, among other things, that after scouring hundreds of hours of satellite radar images from a variety of sources, he has documented a phenomenon which he believes is evidence that someone or something is affecting the path and intensity of tropical storms and hurricanes in the Atlantic Ocean. As sci-fi as that sounds, the evidence is quite compelling. more

August 29, 2011 – SWITZERLAND – It sounds like a conspiracy theory: ‘cosmic rays’ from deep space might be creating clouds in Earth’s atmosphere and changing the climate. Yet an experiment at CERN, Europe’s high-energy physics laboratory near Geneva, Switzerland, is finding tentative evidence for just that. The findings, published today in Nature1, are preliminary, but they are stoking a long-running argument over the role of radiation from distant stars in altering the climate. For a century, scientists have known that charged particles from space constantly bombard Earth. Known as cosmic rays, the particles are mostly protons blasted out of supernovae. As the protons crash through the planet’s atmosphere, they can ionize volatile compounds, causing them to condense into airborne droplets, or aerosols. Clouds might then build up around the droplets. The number of cosmic rays that reach Earth depends on the Sun. When the Sun is emitting lots of radiation, its magnetic field shields the planet from cosmic rays. During periods of low solar activity, more cosmic rays reach Earth. Scientists agree on these basic facts, but there is far less agreement on whether cosmic rays can have a large role in cloud formation and climate change. Since the late 1990s, some have suggested that when high solar activity lowers levels of cosmic rays, that in turn reduces cloud cover and warms the planet. Others say that there is no statistical evidence for such an effect. “People are far too polarized, and in my opinion there are huge, important areas where our understanding is poor at the moment,” says Jasper Kirkby, a physicist at CERN. In particular, he says, little controlled research has been done on exactly what effect cosmic rays can have on atmospheric chemistry. –Nature News

The satellite image loops of the storm tracks indicate some anomalous and erratic behavior in the path and intensity of Hurricane Ophelia.  They show Ophelia as a well-organized, strong category 1 storm off the southeast coast of the US.  Over very warm, late season open water, the US Weather Service predicted a category 4 storm within 24 to 48 hours and the westerly path of the storm track had it headed for landfall along the mid-Atlantic coast.

Instead, in less than 12 hours, the storm had change course and dissipated completely.  The radar image shows something very strange occurring to the storm. As the storm tracks west towards the coast, the satellite precipitation image reveals two extremely heavy, nearly parallel bands of precipitation emanating, in waves from the east, directly toward the eye of the storm. As these heavy bands of precipitation intensify over Hurricane Ophelia, the storm begins to change course, dissipate and is quickly extinguished. The effect is quite dramatic and not at all natural looking. The fact is, intensely heavy bands of cool rainfall falling on the eye of a well organized hurricane, through which the warm waters of the ocean below rise to provide energy and circulation to the hurricane, would have the effect of interfering with that energy flow and for all practical purposes, starving the storm of its fuel.

Hurricane Irene

This is extremely similar to what was currently predicted for Hurricane Irene that is currently making its way up the East Coast.  Until now.  Suddenly, the day that the north-east, and specifically the Virginia/DC/New York area, experiences freak seismic activity, Hurricane Irene begins to weaken and move off course, avoiding its initial path of Havanna, inland Florida, the Carolinas, and eventually, the Washington, DC area.  The newly projected paths show that it may barely clip the eastern coast, if at all.  Just as Ophelia did when it threatened the same region.  However, we have microwave imagery of Ophelia and later discovered the anomalous bands of energy and cold rain.

It is still yet to be determined with any certainty whether Hurricane Irene will continue out into the ocean and subside or will it regain its strength and head back inland?  The forecasted path certainly changed to a large degree after the earthquake, but I’m not ready to claim that it was altered.  But it’s an interesting parallel.

Hoagland describes the dual heavy rain bands in Ophelia as taking on a “tuning fork” interference pattern that moves in lock step with the eye of the storm.

It is Hoagland’s contention “…based on the physics of these images that these bizarre ‘tuning fork’ patterns — note, geometrically aimed at the precise centers of these respective storms – are actually a “rainfall side-effect” of an unseen energy technology being applied to these respective storms … in an effort to decreaseboth their wind velocities, and to simultaneously alter the storms’ tracks themselves.”

As a Spectrum Engineer, I see some merit in this electro-magnetic “energy technology” explanation, but I believe Hoagland’s “rainfall side effect” may actually be the main desired effect, given that enough intense cold rain from above, on the storm, could act as a blanket on the storms fire and have the effect of the storm rapidly raining itself out. As I’m no meteorologist, this is mere speculation on my part.

But could this effect possibly be attained using electromagnetic waves? Consider that research indicates, and it’s not unlikely, certain frequencies of high intensity EM fields could have the ability to separate molecules or break up molecular compounds. This could be used for such things as say separating H2O from air allowing the water to fall. It seems this would be more plausible over open water than over land as water vapor levels and atmospheric conditions over large bodies of water would seem more conducive. – via Glenn Kreisberg at http://www.grahamhancock.com/forum/KreisbergG2.php

Furthermore, as many are starting to learn about, the HAARP facilities are a prime conspiratorial suspect in this potential disturbance in both seismic activity and hurricane intensity.  Perhaps in an attempt to divert the hurricane, it caused an unintended, unusual earthquake in the region?  Is it possibly due to the gas and oil firms fracturing the rock layers (fracking) in their efforts to find more resources?  The earthquake is highly unusual, in and of itself, but there exists no evidence that it is directly involved.  Merely speculation at this point.

I suppose we might never know, but I would be interested in seeing some of the microwave imagery of Hurricane Irene if it is available from the early hours of August 23rd, 2011, and look for any similar tuning-fork bands or rain sheers in geometric patterns.  Ma

High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program

HAARP has been met with controversy since the mid-1990s when the State Duma of Russia issued a press release written by international affairs and defense communities on HAARP and signed by 90 deputies: “The U.S. is creating new integral geophysical weapons that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves … The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to firearms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons. This new type of weapons differs from previous types in that the near-Earth medium becomes at once an object of direct influence and its component.”

“HAARP can zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an “ionospheric heater.” (The ionosphere is the electrically-charged sphere surrounding Earth’s upper atmosphere. It ranges between 40 to 60 miles above the surface of the Earth.)”

In January of 2010, Hugo Chavez claimed that the United States had used HAARP-like technology to cause the Haiti earthquake.

The Latin American leader added that the US should “stop playing God.” Chavez said these “weapon earthquakes” would eventually be used against Iran and be taken over by the US military, notes Hip Hop Wired.

Although Chavez did not reveal his source, Press TV reported the Venezuelan media had stated that the earthquake may be associated with the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), which has been accused of generating violent and disastrous changes in climate.

And from the book, Angels Don’t Play This Haarp: Advances in Tesla Technology:

“The $30 million [Pentagon] project, euphemistically named HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), is made to beam more than 1.7 gigawatts (billion watts) of radiated power into the ionosphere — the electrically charged layer above Earth’s atmosphere. Put simply, the apparatus is a reversal of a radio telescope — just transmitting instead of receiving. It will ‘boil the upper atmosphere’. After [heating] and disturbing the ionosphere, the radiations will bounce back onto the earth in for form of long waves which penetrate our bodies, the ground and the oceans.” [page 8]

“… this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth’s atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level, particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art ….” [Page 28]

“… the goal is to learn how to manipulate the ionosphere on a more grand scale than the the Soviet Union could do with its similar facilities. HAARP would be the largest ionospheric heater in the world, located in a latitude most conducive to putting Eastlund’s invention into practice.” [Page 29]

Furthermore, from this northern latitude, the energy could be aimed into the ionosphere so that it would bounce back down to the earth wherever the engineers wanted it to come down. The secret was to learn how and where to aim it into the ionosphere in order to hit the earth in a particular location.

In a nutshell, this is the nucleus of the expertise required to control the weather and by some accounts – such as Defense Secretary William Cohen and Venezeulan President Hugo Chavez – create seismic activity or “earthquake weapons.”  By pouring measured energy that has been focused into certain parts of the ionosphere, scientists can create all kinds of storms, such as hurricanes, thunderstorms, floods, tornadoes and even drought.  China, Malayasia and Russia all openly admit to weather modification operations, including the creation of pinpoint hurricanes and heavy rainstorms.
